Up for your consideration is Charles Hansen's Chicago The complete Works. (up to 1972). This is transcribed and scored for piano and vocal and has all guitar chords diagramed.  The condition  is acceptable in that is is tightly bound and all pages are unmarked.  There is some creasing. edgewear and paper tear to cover and corner paper loss to first page- otherwise sold.
