We offer a 30 day (RTB) Return To Base warranty. Any additional manufacturer warranty would be dealt with by the relevant manufacturer.

Please notify us in the first instance, of the fault, within the agreed warranty period either in writing or by email.
The item will need to be packed and returned to us at your expense and a replacement will be sent back to you at our expense.

• All returns must be completed, secure and with the original packaging.
• If a product is ordered incorrectly, and providing it has not been opened, we will issue a full refund. However, they must be returned at your expense.
