If our company and the Manufactures' seals on the hard drive and PCB were Not broken, you can return the hard drive for refund minus 20% handling and restocking fee. No Shipping cost are refundable and You Will Need Pay the Return Cost With Tracking to Confirm Your Return has been Received.
