This came from a bundle of stuff I found and I am not familiar with it.  Apparently the Hancock Scraper was attached to the Allis Chambers tractor to function.  ??   It is just 12 pages of mimeographed paper stapled at corner.  I have posted six of the pages to give a good idea of content.  It must have once been in a binder since it has holes punched at the left side.  Maybe someone could use this.  Thanks for looking.
