You are buying a new oil pan for any 6L80 using the factory type pan.  Starting with a new GM pan and a factory drain plug bolt we add a custom nut to the pan and then install a factory style drain plug.  This will insure a no leak situation, unlike aftermarket ‘leak maker’ drain plugs.

There is nothing more annoying than trying to service your transmission and dumping half of the oil on your driveway.  This pan was originally intended for a truck application, it has NO fluid level control plug.

Unlike our competition:

• Our improved drain plug nut has an added side hole feature to leave less than 1/16" of fluid in the pan - for maximum drainage
• The drain plug face seals on the pan to ensure a leak free installation
• We use a GM drain plug with a replaceable O-ring
• Nothing to hang down under your pan to hinder ground clearance or make it harder to remove
• Our process works without destroying the factory galvanized coating - no need for additional coatings
• It will work on the newer aluminum pans
