Industry Standard Compound Microscope Dry Dark Field Condenser Optical Biological Microscopio Accessories Darkfield Condenser

Special dark field microscope accessory device
This Dry Dark field condenser is suitable for objective with magnification under 100x, such as 10x, 40x
Dark field condenser achieve dark field observation, widely used to study Brownian motion of solute particles, protozoa, bacteria flagella and pseudopodia movement, body fluid spirochetes, catheter-shaped, or various sports crystalline particles. A drop of blood darkfield observation / observation pallidum / intracellular movement of particles.

Features:
1. Metal mirror body, excellent quality
2. Optical glass lens, good imaging effect
3. Improve specimen observation resolution
4. The bright field condenser can't see the specimen, it can be seen with the dark field condenser
Dark field condenser structure:
Use a central light-shielding plate and a dark-field condenser, a parabolic condenser is commonly used, so that the central beam of the light source is blocked and cannot enter the objective lens through the specimen from top to bottom. The light beam changes its path and irradiates the observed specimen obliquely. When the specimen encounters light, it reflects or scatters, and the scattered light enters the objective lens, so the entire field of view is dark. What is observed in the dark field is the diffracted light image of the detected object, not the object itself, so only the existence and movement of the object can be seen, and the fine structure of the object cannot be distinguished. However, when the detected object is non-uniform and greater than 1/2 wavelength, the diffracted light rays of all levels enter the objective lens at the same time, and the structure of the object can be observed to a certain extent.

Principle of dark field lens imaging:
In daily life: the particles of dust flying indoors are not easy to be seen, but in a dark room if a beam of light enters obliquely from the crack of the door, the dust particles are visible. This is an optical Tyndall phenomenon. The dark field microscope is designed using this principle.
Optical characteristics:
The dark field attachment can be used to observe living organisms such as bacterial cells, and can clearly observe objects that are invisible in the ordinary bright field. Although the general dark field microscope cannot see the fine structure of the object, it can distinguish the existence and movement of particles above 0.004 microns. This is a feature that ordinary optical biological microscopes do not have. It can be used to observe the structure of living cells and the structure of intracellular particles. movement.
Darkfield condenser installation step 1:
Move the condenser system of the microscope to the top of the microscope.

Darkfield condenser installation step 2:
Loosen the thimble fixing screw on the condenser hoop. Remove the original brightfield condenser.

Darkfield condenser installation step 3:
The prepared dark-field condenser is inserted into the hoop according to the direction shown in the figure.

Darkfield condenser installation step 4:
Tighten the thimble screw and correct the optical axis to complete the installation.
