All our goods are checked to ensure they conform to UK and EU Safety Standards.

We stock a huge range of products, virtually all products shipped from our own UK Warehouses. Shipping: We have a range of shipping options, with most items sent on a 1 to 3 working day delivery (UK Mainland). Most items shipped the same day, or next working day (If ordered by 2pm, we aim to send most products the same working day). Virtually all items are sent by Tracked Courier/Post, details provided when dispatched (We mainly use Parcelforce Express 24 or 48, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for deliveries).

Returns: We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so please open carefully, keep as new, but if unwanted, you may return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (return as new within 30 days, and the only cost to you would be the return postage cost). If returning under our satisfaction guarantee (where applicable) we aim to issue a refund in 2 to 3 working days, from date received. Please ensure items are returned as received, complete and as new, well wrap the item and the makers box, use all packaging as received.

Goods are checked when received back to ensure:

(a) If damaged on receipt: claim has been met.

(b) If unwanted: this is within 30 days of purchase.

(c) If under guarantee: a fault exists & item has not been misused/damaged etc. Note: If not covered, we may make a handling fee & charge for all carriage costs involved.

If faulty, after 30 days: There is usually a warranty with most products, the procedure varies, some are repaired, others replaced (new items tend to have a minimum of 6 months, and usually 12 months cover).

We advise to PHONE our product helpline before returning, so we can run through the returns process.

If an item is unwanted and as new, we will allow it to be returned within a maximum of 28 days from date received.

It has to be as new including manual, packaging, etc - it may be viewed, and box opened (but if in a blister pack, that cannot be opened).

We generally do not charge a restocking fee if as new. If not as new a fee of up to 50% may apply, or the return rejected.

We can arrange a courier collection. Courier/shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

CD's, software and batteries etc are excluded from the satisfaction guarantee, but still have a repair/replacement guarantee if faulty
