This item is not plug and play.  It must be programmed with Mitsubishi MEDIC with VCI Lite software or Mitsubishi MUT III software.  There are some emulators that will work also but this is not a plug and play item, it is not a self install item without programming. We cannot accept a return if it is not programmed and installed.
