This is a Jaclo J-DIV-PBV Pressure Balance Valve With Built In Diverter.  This valve is NEW and in the original box.  See photos for further condition and description reference.

Moving lever up and down controls the volume of water and turns water on and off
Rotating handle left and right controls the water temperature
Ceramic cartridge
Built in diverter for diverting between multiple devices (for example, diverting between showerhead and handheld or tub spout)
1/2" NPT female parts
5.2 GPM flow rate @ 60 PSI
Works well with low water pressure
New and improved one piece cartridge for ease of installation
Extension kit NOT AVAILABLE for this rough valve. Please be sure to review install instructions for proper install depth from finished wall
