Returns Due to Undocumented Defects
In purchasing this item the buyer is aware of all flaws listed and is not entitled to a refund based on any of those flaws.

If the item has flaws not listed above or is incorrectly listed, it may be returned for a refund provided the issues are reported to us within 3 business days and the item is returned within 7 business days of receipt.
PROOF of the defect MUST be provided BEFORE the return is initiated.
If a return is being requested due to any undocumented defects, we will pay for the return shipping fee.
The return must be packaged as it was sent with all items received included.

30-Day Returns
We do accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

a 20% restocking fee
