You don't have to wait long for your spare part!

The shipping processing is always possible for us as quickly as possible and most spare parts leave after receipt of payment (up to approx. 12pm) our warehouse on the same day (Mon-Fri). As a rule, shipping is done by DHL, for larger parts (from approx. 1.10m in length) or from a weight of over 30kg, shipping is via GLS. Some body parts and pallet goods (e.g. engines and gears) or packages over 40kg are sent by forwarding agent (please store a phone number) and always leave our warehouse the next day (Mon-Fri).

It is important that you also store a phone number and valid email address. This accelerates the shipping time in the event of problems and you can possibly Make an appointment for delivery.

Collection is only possible after prior appointment (usually from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Shipping is of course not only possible within Germany. We send almost worldwide (depending on the article). But please ask the target country beforehand, as well as the exact postage costs.
