In the early 90s, no Marvel character was immune to "extreme" redesigns; Captain America gained a suit of armor, and the Thing donned a metal helmet, while Cyclops and the rest of the X-Men apparently got a bulk discount on pouches and decorative straps. First appearing in Daredevil #319, The Man Without Fear's 90s redesign came courtesy of artists D.G. Chichester and Scott McDaniel, who added a new set of silver armor and a healthy dose of black coloring to the iconic red DD costume. In addition, Daredevil's billy clubs could now attach to gauntlets on his wrist and combine into a formidable fighting staff. This stunning statue, sculpted by Randy Bowen with Ulises Cantu, features the Scarlet Swashbuckler perched atop a gargoyle, brandishing his billy clubs and sporting his slick armored costume. The clubs are connected by poseable wire, and a real chain hangs from the gargoyle. Statue stands approximately 15" tall (18" with booster base)
