These are High Temperature, Ultra Low-ESR radial motherboard capacitors made by Nichicon, a reputable Japanese manufacturer. These capacitors are from sealed manufacturer packaging.
These capacitors are no longer in production from Nichicon.  They were designed for the requirements of computer motherboards and video cards in the 2000s and early 2010s.  Newer motherboards no longer use this type of capacitor and so these were discontinued.

For most applications I recommend the Rubycon ZLJ series capacitor of the same size.  They are a newer series and rated for much longer endurance than the Nichicon HN series.  Due to availability they are also priced lower.
Another option is the larger, 820uF 25V rated Panasonic FM capacitor which I have described and linked below. They can replace a 6.3V rated original but they are physically bulkier.

For PC motherboard applications, these Nichicon HN might be preferred as a more exact match to the originals found in many motherboards.  However even in those applications, the Rubycon ZLJ capacitors I linked above will also work well.

These capacitors are sold in sets of 5. To get 10 capacitors, you would buy 2 of these "items".

Manufacturer Nichicon
Series HN
Capacitance 820μF
Voltage Rating 6.3V
Temperature Rating 105°C
Diameter 8mm
Lead Spacing 3.5mm
Body Height 11.5mm
Lead Type Radial
Endurance 2,000hrs at 105°C
This rating is tested by the manufacturer at the maximum rated temperature and ripple current.
The endurance of electrolytic capacitors roughly doubles for every 10°C reduction in temperature.
At an operating temperature of 65°C, the estimated endurance would be about 32,000hrs.

For a very high endurance alternative, please see the Rubycon ZLJ linked below.

Similar Items:

820uF 6.3V Rubycon ZLJ - This is a newer capacitor series from Rubycon which has greater long term endurance than the Nichicon HN.  However, the Nichicon HN has a lower ESR spec and is intended more specifically for computer motherboards.
For most applications I suggest the Rubycon ZLJ, as it's ESR is plenty low enough for almost all purposes and it has a higher endurance rating.
Many Pentium4 and later motherboards originally came with extremely low ESR capacitors similar to the Nichicon HN.

820uF 25V Panasonic FM - Panasonic capacitor whose ESR is very close (actually slightly lower) to the Nichicon HN motherboard capacitors listed here.  They also have a much higher endurance.  The compromise is that they are physically much larger.  They have a larger diameter of 10mm with 5mm lead spacing and they are 25mm tall, so they could interfere with expansion cards.  The larger 10mm diameter can cause fitment problems on many PC motherboards.  However, if you can fit them physically then they will perform very well.  They are rated for a maximum of 25V and can safely replace a 6.3V rated original.

1000uF 10V NIC NRSG 8x20mm - 1000μF Low-ESR capacitors from Nippon Industries Co. with a narrow 8mm diameter.  Rated for maximum of 10V, they can safely replace a 6.3V rated original.

1000uF 10V NIC NRSG 10x16mm - Same as the above but with alternate dimensions of 10mm diameter and shorter 16mm height.

Sale Policies
I accept payments via eBay's built in payment methods.  eBay accepts credit cards.  Payment must be received within 7 days.  If you are purchasing from multiple listings, please use the "Add to Cart" button to combine everything into one transaction before paying.  That way you will get combined shipping.  I will make an effort to provide good communication and to ship the item promptly when I receive payment.

Sales Tax
eBay will add sales tax during checkout if your state requires it.

Combined Shipping
I combine shipping. The highest shipping charge shown for any single item will be the total shipping charge for your entire order - all other items ride for free.
Please use the "Add to Cart" button to add all the items to your order first before paying, that way eBay will combine them in a single transaction with combined shipping when you pay.
Using "Add to Cart" also gives you the opportunity to preview the total charge before committing to the transaction.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt only if they are unused and in the same condition as you received them.  The refund would cover the original purchase price with outbound shipping and sales tax.  It would not cover return shipping, Customs, or other expenses.  In other words the refund would equal the total amount of your original invoice that was paid to me.  Please use a delivery confirmation service, and contact me before returning an item so I will be aware of it.

Shipping Options
I will ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Signature Confirmation will be required on delivery for orders where the total payment (including all items, tax, and shipping) is $250 or more, or whenever required by marketplace policies.

US buyers have 2 shipping options:

First-Class Parcel Mail The most economical option. Your capacitors will be physically protected and shipped via USPS First-Class Parcel.
The delivery speed of this shipping method is usually reasonably quick, but it is inconsistent.  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.  Please allow up to about 1 week of transit time for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after 7 days, please contact me.
Priority Mail Your capacitors will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  This is recommended if you need faster delivery.

Canada and Australia
Canadian and Australian shipments usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive, mostly depending on Customs.  Items will be shipped out promptly after receiving cleared payment.  I will declare the item value as the item price (without shipping).  International buyers are responsible for any import taxes that may be due when you receive the item.
Canadian and Australian purchases will ship as follows:

First-Class Mail International Your capacitors will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.  Delivery time is hard to predict, it may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.  Occasionally international packages may suffer long delays in Customs.

Shipping is the same flat amount regardless of how many items are in your order.  Additional items in your order will ride for free.  Please make sure to add all the items to your order first before paying. The easiest way to do this is by adding your items with the "add to cart" option. This way eBay will automatically combine the items into a single transaction with combined shipping when you pay.  If there is any problem with the total, let me know and I can fix the invoice.

For simplicity, I charge a fixed amount for this shipping method, rather than attempting to calculate it per-order.  This exceeds the postage price on smaller orders.  This is partly to account for the cost of packaging and also to justify the time required to prepare International packages.

I take prompt shipping seriously and will ship within 1 business day once cleared payment is received.  Note that Paypal eChecks can cause a significant delay before they clear.  Typical Paypal payments do not have this delay and will ship promptly, I'm only referring to eChecks.
I cannot ship on weekends or postal holidays.

Saturday shipping is sometimes possible for domestic shipments, if I receive cleared payment by 11PM Eastern Time on Friday evening.  This is not guaranteed but I can generally drop off shipments that evening.  Postal regulations may restrict this for international packages.
