I ship mostly with the U.S.P.S.

But I always check out the different options to see which way an item can be shipped,  at the least expensive method for you to save you money.

I never charge a Shipping and Handling fee, you pay only the actual shipping rate for any item I list on eBay.

For Calculated Shipping weight there may be a small variance in my personal scales and the Post Office scales, but not much.

For Flat Rate Shipping, that is what you pay, exactly what the Post Office rates are.
