The package includes 3 JOBY products: GorillaPod™ Mobile Rig, Beamo™ Mini LED and the Wavo™ Mobile microphone. Just add your own creative flair! With the focus on creating impactful and crystal-clear video, the GorillaPod base allows the user to Grip It, Wrap It and Stand It and the GripTight™ PRO 2 mount supports both landscape and vertical orientation. Produce flawless skin tones with the colour accurate (CRI 95+/-), dimmable Beamo Mini Light, which is Bluetooth controllable.

You can choose what elements to use with each shoot and can even remove the mount and use a Smaller Mirrorless or Bridge Camera on the same stand with Beamo and Wavo supported.

Supplied with both a cable for mobile phones (TRRS) and cameras (TRS) as well as MFi approved lightning connector this is the complete solution for the Mobile Content Creator.

Warranty & Exchange:

Exchanges and refunds must be made within 30 days and the item must be in its original new and sealed condition. The postage cost will be deducted from the refund

• Manufacturer Warranty for Brand New Products: Under Australian consumer law, brand new products come with a manufacturer warranty. To claim the warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer's customer care center.
• Warranty for Used Products: Used products generally come with a 3-month warranty for private household use (conditions apply) or 3 months for commercial use, starting from the date of shipment. If a valid claim is received, the seller may choose to repair or replace the product.
• Dead on Arrival (DoA) Policy: If an item is found to be Dead on Arrival within 7 days from the date of dispatch, the seller will replace it. You must contact the seller within 7 days to initiate the return process.
• Return and Warranty Process: Prior to returning any item for warranty, you must contact the seller's Customer Service Department. They will provide you with the relevant information and instructions.
• Return Shipping Cost: If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 30-day period from the date of dispatch, the buyer is responsible for the postage costs for both sending the item back and receiving the repaired or replaced item.
• Packaging and Damage: It is your responsibility to securely package the product to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the resolution offered by the seller, such as repairs, replacement items, or store credit.
• Accessories and Bonus Gifts: Accessories and bonus gifts that come with the product are typically not covered by the warranty. Examples include batteries, earphones, cables, and carry bags.
• Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes. It is also considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by unauthorized individuals.
• Specific Items Excluded: Certain items like headphones and other Bluetooth devices cannot be returned once used due to health and safety concerns.
• Cancellation and Refunds: If a buyer cancels an item that has not been shipped due to a change of mind, a 10% surcharge may apply, and the funds will go towards PayPal's new cancellation policy. For shipped items, a 30% restocking fee based on the item value may apply for change-of-mind returns.
