How to Activate this eSIM Card
- After purchase, we’ll message you via eBay to confirm your arrival date.
We won’t send the eSIM until this step is completed.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive a single-use QR code via email. Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and scan the QR code to install your eSIM profile.
- Important: If you install the eSIM outside the destination country/countries, you may see a “failed activation” message.
This is normal — the eSIM will activate once you arrive.
- After landing, go to your mobile settings and set Mobile Data to the new eSIM. Make sure Data Roaming is switched on. Your device will then connect to the local partner network (e.g. Telkomsel in Indonesia).
- If it doesn’t activate immediately, do not delete the eSIM. Wait up to 30 minutes for the network to complete activation.
Please Note
- Check if your device is eSIM-compatible by dialling
*#06#. Look for an EID (32-digit number). If no EID is shown, your device is not compatible with eSIMs.
- Submit your arrival date at least 1 day before your travel date (local time) so we can prepare your eSIM in time.
- Once the arrival date is submitted and the eSIM QR code is sent, the date cannot be changed. You will have 90 days to scan the QR code, install the eSIM, and arrive in the destination country to begin using your plan.

Do not delete your eSIM profile after installation. It is for single use only. Once deleted, it cannot be reinstated, reissued, or regenerated. If you face any issues with installation or usage, contact us immediately. Refunds will not be issued for deleted eSIMs.
- For same-day activations, we’ll do our best to assist. Please note activation may take up to 24 hours, and any requests submitted after 1:00 AM AEST/AEDT will be processed from 9:00 AM the same day.

Delivery
- eSIM orders are sent within 24 hours. Please follow the activation instructions provided.
Returns
- We accept returns within one day of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with at least 3 months before expiry (if applicable), and not activated.
- The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us for inspection or providing supporting evidence.
- We reserve the right to issue either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
- No returns accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or misuse.
- No return or refund once activation has started, QR codes have been generated, or the device is not eSIM compatible.
- Contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For SIM or eSIM issues overseas, contact us before purchasing a replacement.
Important Notice
eSIM support may vary by region, even if the phone model name is the same. Our supported device list mainly applies to Australian models.
For example, we have received compatibility issues with certain Samsung Galaxy A35 units from non-Australian regions, as some versions do not support eSIM.
