Column Design – Cold Fingers & Dual Thumpers

The distillation column includes an internal cold finger reflux system, which provides multi-stage vapor condensation and filtration. This significantly enhances the purity of the final distillate.

• Two large thumpers (280 ml each) are equipped with welded 3/8” ports and ball valves. These thumpers efficiently separate fusel oils and other undesired fractions.

• Large condenser features a 2.5-meter coil (8 mm diameter) housed inside a 60.3 mm tube, offering excellent cooling efficiency and water savings.

Copper Packing – Sulfur Reduction

Inside the column, copper wire filling acts as a catalyst to neutralize hydrogen sulfide and other unwanted sulfur compounds. The copper is reusable, easy to remove, and can be cleaned following the included instructions.

20L Stainless Steel Tank – Practical and Durable

Made from food-grade stainless steel. Includes:

• 5/4” threaded port for heating element

• Thermowell for analog bimetallic thermometer

• 4-bolt flange connection to secure the column
