• Column Ø60.3 mm divided into 3 sections connected via SMS fittings (63.5 mm) – enabling easy cleaning, disassembly, and transport.
  What are SMS connections? SMS (Swedish Milk Standard) fittings are professional-grade hygienic stainless steel connections used in the food industry. They ensure a tight seal while remaining easy to disconnect, clean, and reassemble. Thanks to a silicone gasket and clamp ring, they are resistant to high temperatures and ideal for sanitary applications.

• Copper prismatic springs (0.5L) + 12 stainless steel scrubbers – together form effective theoretical plates.
  What are theoretical plates? They represent the number of evaporation–condensation cycles that occur within the column. The more plates, the higher the purity of the final product. The copper and stainless fillers greatly increase surface area, enhancing distillation efficiency.

• Head with patented water-jacketed coil – delivers high efficiency and is built for long-term, failure-free performance. All welds are argon-shielded and polished for professional-grade quality.

• Precision needle valve (1/4") – allows fine control over reflux collection.

• e-dest D100 power controller – includes two 1.5m temperature probes, auto power regulation, safety cut-off, and a digital display.

• Heating set: dual stainless steel heaters (1500W + 2000W) with safety-labeled power plugs.
