I ship via USPS to US (No exceptions).

Returns are accepted for refund (less all shipping/handling/insurance costs) within 7 days of delivery, and provided I receive them back in the same condition as they were sent.

Ungraded cards are sent in a Security Sealed Plastic Container For Your Protection And Mine.  Upon Receipt Of The Card, You Should Beable to View The Card Inside the Security Sealed Container In Order To Make a Decision As To Whether Or Not You Want The Card. 

*DO NOT REMOVE THE CARD FROM THE SECURITY SEALED CONTAINER TO INSPECT THE CARD'S CONDITION OR TO HANDLE IT. 

*DO NOT REMOVE THE CARD FROM THE SECURITY SEALED CONTAINER UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP THE CARD. 

*IF THE SECURITY SEAL IS BROKEN OR TAMPERED WITH, AND THE CARD IS REMOVED FROM THE SECURITY SEALED CONTAINER FOR ANY REASON, YOU OWN IT !  (NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS FOR THE CARD WILL BE CONSIDERED OR GIVEN)
