Signs of light use and some tarnishing. Not marked on the base exept for R but came from a 1999 Ibanez RG270. Made in Korea 

Measures 12.2 K Ohms on my meter. Red cable for coil tap. 

Comes with , surround, mounting screws and springs & surround screws included.
