Conditions for Return Approval: If the item was shipped incorrectly or the listing was not accurate, we will accept the return at no cost to the buyer. Refund Details: In cases where a return is approved, any fees and shipping expenses incurred by us during the original sale (including shipping charges and eBay seller fees) will be deducted from the refund amount. SHIPPING: We ship every Business Day (M-F), we ship within three business days of the item purchased and the payment being cleared. We DO NOT SHIP on the WEEKENDS or on HOLIDAYS.
