  • SHIPPING AND HANDLING is not to make a profit, just to break even.  Because the USPS continually changes their rates (upward) we will go with their current rates, prepare your package and have it weighed and priced before sending you an invoice (unless you pay us first).  If it is only one magazine then E-Bay usually will determine the price for the sellers.  We never charge a handling fee.
