Not fancy engine specific controller required, just wire up the (+) and (-), and you're ready to good. Soft start ramp up prevents amp spikes. This is strictly a puller fan and is not reversible.

Summary: I have a 1987 Mustang with a Kenne Bell supercharger and a 3-row aluminum radiator paired with Amazon Evil Energy fans and shroud. I was experiencing overheating in stop-and-go traffic. These brushless fans move significantly more air than my previous setup. The temperature gauge now sits steady at half and no longer fluctuates in traffic. To be honest, I expected only a minor improvement. I would have been satisfied with a 25-degree temperature drop, but these fans completely resolved my overheating issues

Summary: I have had this over heat problem for months. The fans that came with the radiator, not a radiator from you guys, bought it from somewhere else. Anyway there just wasn't enough air coming through that 3 core radiator so I got a 4 core radiator and still had over heat issues. So I purchased these radiator fans from speedway. Brushless fans have 4200 cfm and that did the trick. Now I'm cool again, a big thank you to everyone to everyone at speedway.

Summary: I bought these fans to replace the ones that I bought from Superior Radiator along with radiators. I bought 2 radiators with dual fans and the fans were a waste of money, couldn't keep the engines from overheating. I put these brushless fans in their place and they are better than perfect, no further heat problems and no louder than the original fans.
