Our tilt steering columns are modeled after the GM 1969-1994 specifications for steering wheel spline, turn signal wiring, and more (making them a near-drop-in replacement for these years). We do upgrade the GM double-D (DD) steering shaft output from the OE .985 inches to a true 1-inch DD dimension for better compatibility with aftermarket Steering U-joints and shafts for connecting to your steering box or steering rack.
