For early autos not equipped with right and left turn signals. Chrome plated finish. Switch works with 6 or 12 volt systems. Includes wiring diagram. Clamps to any steering column with an included stainless hose clamp. Switch has four-way flashers and does not self cancel.

Speedway Motors 12 Volt Turn Signal Flasher Installation Kit
This kit comes with a state-of-the-art electronic flasher that work with standard bulbs. It also includes a three prong terminal with wire socket plug leads for 2 or 3 prong headlights. This headlight plug works for turn signal flasher. Wire size is 18 gauge.

Does work, but
Summary: This switch works as advertised. It has worked for eleven years, but two things, When the hazard lights are on the right front turn signal is off, but all the other lights work. The lever has went crunchy sounding, but it has not affected operation. It is still crunching along and I have got to where I like the sound.
