Simply select the bag colour you would like and enter the name you would like on the bag in the personalisation box provided.

 The initial printed will be the first letter of the name provided unless otherwise stated.


Simply select the bag colour you would like along with the design you would like us to add. Please leave the following details for personalising the bag;

1. The name for the bag

2. The font choice you would like us to use (see images for font choices)

3. The colour you would like the design. The colour choices are Red, Yellow, Lime Green, Royal Blue, Fuchsia, Black, White, Silver, Gold, White Glitter, Black Glitter, Gold Glitter and Pink Glitter (see images for colour options)

Please note, the name will be added in white as shown in the listing images. If we do not receive a font choice we will use the Classic Font. If we do not receive a design colour choice we will add the design in white.

Delivery

Your item will not be sent out until we receive confirmation of cleared funds.
We do not dispatch at the weekend or on bank holidays

Returns
Personalised and all custom goods are exempt from the returns policy, as per the EU Directive excluding Custom made goods. 
Therefore we cannot accept returns for personalised items, Unless there is a fault with the garment. 
Please ensure you order the correct size as we cannot accept returns because you have ordered the wrong size. Non- personalised items must be returned unworn with tags intact and be within 14 days. Return postage must be paid by the buyer unless a mistake has been made by us.
