This is an Apple genuine, used rear case from a Blue 2020 iPhone 12 6.1".

The edges of the casing have some scratches, nicks, dents, and wear.  The rear glass has scratches.  The top rear camera lens is cracked.  The side 5G antenna flex cable that solders to the rear of the logic board looks to be damaged at the connector.  There is old adhesive still remaining along the edges where the glass sits in place.  What you see is what is included.
