This is a women's Twenty One long roll tab sleeve blue plaid flannel button up with 2 fold over button closure pockets at the chest and double button cuffs.  There is a straight yoke in back, shoulder yokes, rounded / curved hemline, and a split inverted pleat in back for added comfort.  The measurements lying flat are:  Chest 20, shoulder to shoulder 15, neck 8, arm length 24, and length from top of the shoulder to hem is 29".  This is super cute and comfy!  Please contact me with any questions.
