This rare treasure has some clearly visible wear/age, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition!

The wear, however, should be carefully examined/considered BEFORE buying.

The book appears gently read and other than some previous owner writing on the first, blank page, has no internal writing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris.

The binding feels shaky/loose but is still holding tight.

All of the pages are present and fully attached.

Some general/shelf/age wear along with creases/scuffing/marks/wear to the spine/corners/boards and creases/warping/marks/wear to the pages, NOT affecting the text!

Please note the wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges, and the wear that is present on the pages, very noticeable on certain pages.

All of the wear previously mentioned is clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered.
