# Return & Cancellation Policy
At Up To Par Covers, every seat cover is handmade and made to order for specific golf cart models. Because each order is custom produced, please review our policies before placing your order.
## Returns
* Returns are accepted within **7 days** of the delivery date.
* Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
* All approved returns are subject to a **20% restocking fee**.
* Original shipping charges are **non-refundable**.
### Return Condition
To qualify for a refund, returned seat covers must:
* Be clean, unused, and free from damage.
* Be folded and packaged in the same manner they were originally shipped.
* Be returned in packaging that adequately protects the covers from damage during transit.
Seat covers that are wadded up, stuffed into a box, excessively creased, dirty, stained, torn, installed, or otherwise damaged during return shipping will **not** be eligible for a refund, as they must be in resellable condition.
## Color Selection
We offer **free vinyl color samples** to help customers choose the correct color before ordering. Because of this, returns based solely on color preference will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis after a return request is received.
Orders placed with uncommon, specialty, or non-standard color combinations may not be eligible for return, as these custom combinations are difficult to resell.
## Cancellation Policy
Because every seat cover is custom made, production typically begins within **48 hours** of your purchase.
* Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
* After 48 hours, a **20% cancellation/restocking fee** will apply.
* Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return policy above.
## Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to decline returns for:
* Custom or specialty color combinations that cannot reasonably be resold.
* Items returned outside the 7-day return window.
* Items returned in dirty, damaged, installed, modified, or otherwise non-resellable condition.
* Items that show signs of use or improper installation.
If your return is approved and the item passes inspection upon arrival, your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds will be issued less the **20% restocking fee** and any original shipping charges.
