Defective on Arrival:

Warranty:
1. 1-year manufacturer's warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).
Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
Extra or extended warranty depends on the real item/situation.

2. If the buyer requests a return when there is no quality problem of the item he received,
return postage has to be paid by the buyer, and postage for the item won't be returned.

3. If the item is damaged or defective on arrival, the buyer can either requests a refund or replacement,
and postage will be paid by us, meanwhile, the item must be returned.
