• Item is an open box, and has been completely inspected to perform as new.  These units contain all user manuals, patch cords, and adaptors sold with brand new units and carry a "no hassle" 30 day return policy.  We list & describe these as "refurbished", but most required no adjustments beyond the inspection process and all features must work as new to be listed here.  This inventory comes from demo samples, overstock returns, and customer returns where the box was unopened, such as a returned gift, etc.   If it isn't right, we'll take it back, or make it right!
