Delivery: Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier (Sendle) after receiving cleared payment. Monday to Friday excludes weekends and public holidays. You have the option to choose between standard or express service and we provide tracking for all our packages to make sure they don't get lost!

Estimated Delivery Dates: The estimated delivery dates set by eBay are to be used as a guide to estimate when your items may arrive, which is not a guarantee, as postage time between different states may vary.

Failure of Delivery: If your item is posted via Australia Post or Courier and you are not there to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left by the courier or text message for you to respond to and make arrangements for the delivery of your parcel. Any failure of delivery caused by buyer will be the buyer responsibility.

Shipping Location: Kindly Ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, as we cannot make changes to the address after the order has been placed.

Order Cancellations: Please note that we do not accept order cancellations. Our shipping process begins immediately once an order is placed, which means we are unable to stop or reverse the order after checkout. We kindly ask customers to review their purchase carefully before completing payment.

Faulty (Unused): In the event, you received a defective item, the buyer has 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request for a return. After 30 days we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
