Shipping Information

• We ship within 1 business day after payment clears.
• Orders placed on Friday afternoon, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
• Please provide a valid physical address to avoid delays.
• We cannot control transit times once the item is shipped.

Return Policy - 30 Days

You may return products within 30 days if the item:

• Is new, unused, and uninstalled
• Includes all original parts, labels, and manufacturer information
• Is not damaged, altered, or missing components

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, including duties/customs fees. No restocking fee if we made an error (such as shipping the wrong item or damage in transit).

We do not cover labor, towing, or rental costs.

Shipping Damage or Defects

• Do not discard the product or packaging.
• Contact us first so we can help with a carrier claim.
• Please provide:
  • Photos or videos of the damage
  • Mechanic diagnosis, if required
• Returns of non-resellable or unapproved items may be denied.
