See pictures for best description, this Minnesota Mining Manufacturing Company (3M) mid-century tape dispenser with 3" diameter wheel to hold your packing tape.  In very nice condition for its age.  Very heavy at over 7 pounds.  Still very usable for office or shipping and a very collectible vintage item.
