The Nemco 566-3 3/8" replacement blade assembly is made of razor sharp stainless steel. Simply install the blades into the blade holder frame included with the Nemco Easy Tomato Slicer II.
It can be used to replace a standard blade assembly on the 56600-3 Easy Tomato Slicer II, or convert another Easy Tomato Slicer to a 3/8" cut.
