Items with payments made by 3 PM PST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day.
All items paid on weekends or holidays will ship next business day.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship all items on the next business day, but please note that some international shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs in your country. Please allow from 10-15 working days for arrival of international packages.
International buyers pay $14.95 for the first item and $7.00 but it does not include additional customs and shipping fees imposed by the country of destination.Therefore, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

RETURNS
Returns gladly accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyer pays return shipping.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be given minus any shipping charges paid.
If there is ever an issue with our items, please contact us right away and give us the opportunity to correct the issue.
