This listing is for a very cute girls smocked cotton jumper. I did add the ruffle on the bottom - it could pretty easily be take off and used without it. The last photo is showing the one side seam. I saw that the seam had come apart there a little and sewed it up it looks pretty good as you can see in the photo but just wanted to mention that. Please see pictures for details.
