Domestic Postage: Some items include free shipping which is via letter post. If you want a tracked service, please upgrade to a paid shipping option during the checkout process. For multiple items which have shipping charges we can combine items so just send us a message if this isn't automatically adjusted.

International Postage: Shipping via airmail with tracking is as stated. We can look at shipping to some destinations not currently set up so please send us a message enquiring about this. We can combine items to help reduce charges (send us a message for a quote). Product sale amounts are disclosed on the paperwork to comply with regulations.

Tariffs: CD and DVD's fall under the Informational Materials so should be exempt from US Tariffs. We will highlight this on the international paperwork to keep the process as smooth as possible. 

Bulk purchases/ special deals: We do try to send offers give you the best deal but if you are looking at multiple items send us a message so we can look at customising a discounted package for you.
