The Pentax SP1000 was part of the Spotmatic line of 35mm cameras with a M42, or Pentax Thread Mount. lens mount. Honeywell was the distributor of the camera at the time. The SP2000 was made between 1973 and 1976. The included lens is an Asahi Pentax Super-Takumar 55mm f2.0. As to condition, the camera is in decent shape and the shutter works well at all speeds. I cannot comment on the meter because, as you can see, the battery compartment is corroded. The meter itself may be fine, if you choose to try to cleran the battery compartment. Otherwise, an hand-held meter or the rule of f16 will do nicely for exposure. The lens focus and aperture are clean and smooth and glass is in pretty good shape. There is a little internal dust and maybe the beginnings of a little fungus, years off from bering a problem.  This will make a nice addition to a Pentax users arsenal or great as  someone's first film camera at a budget price. Leather neck strap is included as is the front lens cap.
