This is the 2nd Edition, September 1960 of the Canadian General Council of the Boy Scouts Association “The Troop Scouters Handbook”.

It book is in “Very Good Condition”. There are no creases, bent pages or any writing in this book. If the cover wasn’t slightly discolored, I might even say it was like new. See photos.
