Antique Victorian Davidson? Black (Dark Amethyst) Pressed Glass Jug & Sugar Bowl

Scarce set of Victorian pressed glass milk jug and handled sugar bowl.Embossed with a striking shell and seaweed design.  Dark amethyst glass which appears black unless held up to strong light.

Small chip to foot rim of jug otherwise very nice original and undamaged condition.
