From October 2023 onward, the topsheet will be manufactured at the same factory that produced it.

The topsheet will remain the same, but a new sponge will be used

About Sponge Variations

Combining attack and stability! Hammer ultra-thin 1.0mm

This is the same sponge thickness as the previous Hammer Ultra Thin. When table tennis player Don tried it, he said that it is more bouncy than the previous Hammer. It is recommended for beginner to intermediate level cutters who are looking for a racquet that is both offensive and defensive, something that has been a bit difficult with the Hammer Ultra Thin. It also works well with a 5 sheet non-bouncy racket, even for a cutting racket.

It has a good balance of attack and defense with a large variation!  Hammer ultra-thin 0.7mm

The sponge is a little thinner, so it has a shorter ball life, and is recommended for cutters who place more emphasis on change than the ultra-thin 1.0mm.

Recommended for intermediate to advanced cutters. It goes well with cutting racquets that are a little harder, such as the Genmori series and the Japanese pole Heki.

Maximize the degree of change! Hammrt Ultra Thin 0.5mm

The ultra-thin Hammrt has no thickness for the sponge to bite into, so cutting cuts and tzuki have the same hitting sound. It also has a fast separation from the ball, and the trajectory of the ball is the same when it is cut and when it is not cut, making it very difficult to determine the rotation. It is recommended for cut players who want to play around with their opponents. The stall of the cut is large, making it easy to make a cut into the opponent's court. Recommended for beginners to advanced cutters who want to play around with their opponents by changing their trajectory.
