RETURNS

  • Serial numbers are recorded for expensive items and will be matched for returned items. 
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for fully retesting, repacking and relisting item.  Return shipping will be paid by buyer. 
  • All items (e.g. manuals, software, cables, and the original retail packaging) must be returned undamaged. 
  • Motherboards, video cards, processors has to be returned with absolutely no physical damage!
  • No scratches or cuts on any side, missing or broken components.  Simply no physical damages. 
  • Manufacturers does not repair PC electronic components with absolutely any physical damages, so if you do physical damage - manufacturer warranty is void.
  • Motherboards, processors , graphics cards must be returned in original box with all supplied accessories included. Otherwise, your return request will be declined. 
  • Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly on the manufacturers packaging.
  • For items sold with free shipping,  the actual cost of shipping to the buyer will be deducted from the refunds Shipping is non refundable for non - defective item.
