This item consists of six pages, (twelve sides) folded in half, staple bound with some slight rust showing.  The stiff card covers are blank except for the front which carries a tipped-on black and white photograph of the property.  Although it is now seventy years old, it is in remarkably good, clean condition. It is probable that the property did not sell at auction as the auction details have been crossed through in pen and a price of £3,750 added.
