Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days, provided that it is unopened, unused, and undamaged.

  • Used items are not eligible for return.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the initial postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

  • Metro Areas: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days.
  • Regional Areas: Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days. In some cases, delivery to regional areas may take up to 2 weeks due to delays. If there is no progress with your tracking, please contact us, and we will investigate.

Orders placed on Fridays may experience tracking delays due to the weekend. Please allow time for updates before contacting us.

Signature Required Delivery

All deliveries are shipped with signature required for added security. If you prefer the package to be left in a safe place without a signature, contact us before shipping to make arrangements.

Insurance

Our deliveries do not include insurance. If you wish to add insurance for loss or damage during transit, it costs 2-5% of the item/unit price. Without insurance, we cannot cover damages or losses during shipping.

Proof of Delivery

If you are unable to locate your package, we can provide proof of delivery. Please note that once the item is delivered with a signature, our responsibility as the seller is fulfilled. We are not liable if someone else collects the package without your consent.
