Dr. Héder János (born October 20, 1933, in Budapest) is a former Hungarian Olympic gymnast and sports figure, widely regarded for his achievements in gymnastics during the mid-20th century. He represented Hungary in the 1950s and 1960s, earning several prestigious titles in both national and international competitions.

Héder made a significant mark at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, where he won a bronze medal in the team gymnastics event.
