Being that it is vintage and obviously was loved-the size on the inseam on the tag is worn off. It seems like a petite size 6 but you will need to determine that. I used "Sizely" online to figure out the measurements for you. Here are the measurements of the jacket lying flat:

It has very nice deep pockets and the gray has bits of blue, tan, red, and brown.
The third button of the right sleeve has only one thread instead of two and the button has a chip.
The middle button on the left sleeve has a chip.
The top front button has a chip.
