A - In almost new condition with very minor signs of previous use if any at all.

B - Some moderate signs of previous use. Scuffs, small scratches, marks, blemishes etc but fully tested and working. Screens - small surface scratches, surface marks such as keyboard impressions.

C - Some heavier signs of use and cosmetic damage. Scratches, chips, dents etc but fully tested and working. Screens - medium scratches, surface marks and/or light spots or screen burn.

D - Fully working but with serious cosmetic damage. Damaged fixings, cracked, bent, deep scratches etc Screens - heavy scratches, water damage, missing or dead pixel patches etc.
