Keyboard assemblies are tested with KBD Utility 2024. For cosmetic condition of parts please see all photos in detail.Batteries will have their battery reports listed in the listing photos.

Conditions;
Brand New - Brand new, never used or fitted
New (Other) - Removed from a new laptop - has been fitted but never used
Used - This item is fully tested & working - Any item with "Damaged" in the title is fully functional but has cosmetic / assembly damage - Please see photos
For parts or not working - Parts have functional issues / do not function at all. These parts are excluded from any warranty or return.

A - In almost new condition with very minor signs of previous use if any at all.
B - Some moderate signs of previous use. Scuffs, small scratches, marks, blemishes etc but fully tested and working. Screens - small surface scratches, surface marks such as keyboard impressions.
C - Some heavier signs of use and cosmetic damage. Scratches, chips, dents etc but fully tested and working. Screens - medium scratches, surface marks and/or light spots or screen burn.
D - Fully working but with serious cosmetic damage. Damaged fixings, cracked, bent, deep scratches etc Screens - heavy scratches, water damage, missing or dead pixel patches etc.
We use industry leading software / hardware to test components to ensure perfect functionality and reliabilty such as PassMark BIT, NSYS, Keyboard TU2024, CrystalDisk. Parts are fully functional as intended unless listed as "for parts or not working" and the cosmetic condition will be as per the listing photographs.
We ship via Royal Mail and other trusted courier companies. We offer Express postage options at checkout if you need your item faster, All tracking information will be updated upon dispatch of your item.
All items must be returned within 14 days, in the same condition it was received, including any warranty or security stickers and marking being intact.. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days upon return and inspection of the item..
